Pumkin (Seasonal)
It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie! A flavorful mixture of aromatic spices and pumpkin topped with flaky, buttery autumn leaves. Available mid-October through end of December.

Coconut Cream
A unique treatment of a wonderful traditional pie. We brush our flaky crust with Callebaut chocolate before filling it with coconut-infused creme patisserie and topping it with fresh whipped cream and toasted coconut. Available January through mid-October.

Blueberry Pie
Another summer classic. Fresh blueberries thickened with tapioca combined with our buttery, flaky crust. Available July 4th through Labor Day, depending on blueberry crop.

Strawberry Rhubarb
The tartness of rhubarb paired with sweet strawberries make this a delectable summer pie. Doesn’t hurt to add some ice cream. Available May through August, depending on strawberry crop.

Dutch Apple
Just the right combination of tart and sweet. Fresh cut Granny Smith apples tossed in cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg and topped with our rich, buttery Dutch crumb topping. Available year round.

Pecan
A southern tradition made with a rich, sweet, slightly dense filling and a heaping portion of Texas pecans from Rio Grande Organics. Available year round.
